How to choose and order Silver Memories products
Choose your product
Feel free to have a look through our website and choose your perfect handcrafted jewellery item, product or gift. We have many products to choose from. If you don’t find what you are looking for then do contact us. We are more than happy to custom make bespoke items for our customers. You can contact us by filling in the form on our homepage or by sending an email to admin@silvermemories.co.uk. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
Decide on your personalisation
Decide how you would like your handcrafted jewellery or gift item to be personalised. You will have options to choose from when ordering individual items. These will be by way of tick boxes on the order form. There is also a description box so you can add your requirements and text. The product descriptions will explain options and available shapes and sizes. When ordering, if you don’t see the option you want then please contact us and we will do our best to help you.
Send your prints
If you are using your own prints or text samples then email pictures of them to us at admin@silvermemories.co.uk. If you would rather use one of our print kits you can find them here. Don’t worry about imperfections around the edge of your prints – we are experts at removing these whilst keeping the authenticity of the prints. We are able to use photographs of your prints. If you need any help or advice when taking your prints then please contact us and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Wait for your item
Sit back and wait for your item. We will get to work in our studio creating your unique keepsake or gift before we package it with care and send it to you. We create each item with love and hope you and your loved ones will love and treasure your items forever.
