Please ensure you have read the terms and condition before making purchases.

All products are engraved using our precise engraving method.

If you would like us to remove the background of the photo image please request this in additional comments or when you send us an email.

Please ensure when sending through your photos they are of high quality as the better the quality the higher the level of detail. We will try to work hard with the image you send to enhance it to our best efforts but we cannot be held responsible if the level of detail is not up to your expectation.

Shipping policy

Print Kits are posted within 1 to 3 days of the order being placed unless you opt for next day special delivery.

Print kit flat rate is £5.99 (Signed for first class signed)

Print kit Special Delivery £9.99 (Special Delivery)

Once you have taken the print please either scan or take a high-quality photo of the print and email prints@silvermemories.co.uk.  Once you return the prints you can expect your item ready 3 to 7 days from the date you send it through. Please email us if you require it by a specific date.

Cancellation policy

Orders can only be cancelled prior to the despatch of the impression print kits, and a full refund of any payment will be made. If the kit has already been despatched, a refund will be given minus the cost to cover the cost of the kit and postage.

If it is photo/artwork/wording being engraved then it can only be cancelled within 24 hours of orders being placed. This is not applicable to orders going out next working day.

Return policy

Great care is taken to make sure that all products are made to the highest standard.

Due to the nature of the products, returns cannot be accepted except in the following cases as they are personalised.

•             Delivery of a product is different to the one you ordered.

•             The message/ lettering or photo is different what is sent.

•             Faulty product.

Please note all items need to be inspected for damage/fault when you receive them. If you are not entirely happy, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item.

All items ordered are sent via (Signed for Royal Mail) starting from £5.99. Options are available for next day special delivery starting from £9.99. For international customers we offer track and trace starting from £14.95.

We offer secure online ordering with a Visa / Mastercard credit/debit card through the PayPal system or can be paid via a PayPal account. Paypal securely manage all of our checkout transactions.

We do not store or view any credit/debit card data. Transactions on our website are processed by our payment service provider, PayPal. who encrypts your financial data during checkout using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology with an encryption key length of 128 bits (The highest level commercially available) so that it is not visible by us or by third parties over the internet. You can be confident that the information you are sending from your computer to PayPal’s servers via our website stays private, confidential and secure.
