Personalisation & Print Kits
Choose the personalisation options available on the product page and enter the requested names, dates, messages or other details before adding the item to your basket.
You can send us a clear photograph or scan of an existing print, or use one of our print kits where available. If you need help, contact us at admin@silvermemories.co.uk.
Don’t worry. We can often work with natural imperfections while preserving the unique character of the original print. Contact us if you’re unsure about the quality of your image.
Yes. If you have an idea that isn’t shown on the website, contact us and we’ll be happy to discuss whether we can create a bespoke keepsake for you.
Orders & Payment
Choose your product, select the available personalisation options, add it to your basket and follow the checkout process.
Available payment methods are displayed securely at checkout.
Contact us as soon as possible. Because personalised items may enter production quickly, changes cannot always be guaranteed once work has started.
If guest checkout is available, you can order without creating an account. Simply follow the options shown during checkout.
Delivery & Returns
Production and delivery times can vary depending on the item and level of personalisation. Please check the relevant product information or contact us if you need your order by a particular date.
If tracking is available for your delivery, the relevant information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Contact us as soon as possible at admin@silvermemories.co.uk with your order number and clear photographs, and we’ll advise you on the next steps.
Personalised and custom-made items may not be eligible for return simply because you change your mind. This does not affect your rights where an item is faulty, damaged or not as described. Please see our Refunds & Returns page for more information.
